Each year the Cedar Breaks National Monument holds a wildflower festival in July. Because of its altitude (over 10k feet), the wild flowers tend to bloom much later than down below.
If you are a wildflower photo enthusiast, this is the place to go. It has an added benefit of getting out of the LV desert heat.
