Scavenger Hunting

We just had a totally entertaining day chasing around after the 12 photo objects on the Photo Scavenger Hunt that Diane put together for us.  I actually got a jump on my photo partner, Dennis, by bringing my camera with me to do the usual Friday morning grocery shopping (Flower or cactus in bloom? Check! Group of 3? Check!)

Over a second cup of coffee, we brainstormed as to where best to capture the various images, then set out on our quest.  We got home about 4 hours later with about 60 pictures each and spent the next hour paring things down to the 12 "best."

I doubt that I got any "Best of the Day" images, but I learned a ton of stuff about silhouette lighting (a lot more practice needed) and capturing motion (a LOT more practice needed).
