All current members are encouraged to submit photos. Here are the details.
For Regular Matted Photos*
- Photo sizes:
- 8x10 matted 11 x 14
- 11 x 14 matted 16 x 20
- Photos must be matted only; no frames.
- Any matte color will be acceptable
- Please submit photos that have not previously been displayed in our Photo Show
- No more than 10 photos per person
- Photographer’s name must appear on the back of the photo.
- Labels: Each matted photo must have a title.
- Please submit a title for each photo (not your name, which is on the back of the photo).
- Send a list of the titles to Jeff Hahn via email: jeffhbh2001@gmail.com. Jeff will make labels.
- Deadline for Title List: Saturday October 6th
- Deadline for Photos: October 12th Photo Club Meeting
For Specialty Photos
Category A, which will have its own prize if we get a total of at least 10 in Cat A’s submitted by at least 3 members.
Category B: Other things one can do with photos, such as albums, mugs, clothing, note cards, etc. The committee agreed that Category A should have its own vote, apart from the usual photos. Category B will be for display purposes only. No labels needed and no prizes. Category B can be brought the day of the show
- Category A: All other photo formats, e.g. panoramas, 4x6 or 5x7 matted photos, photos printed on something other than paper (e.g. canvas, glass, metal).
- No more than 5 Category A submissions per person
- Photographer’s name must appear on the back of the photo.
- Labels: Each Category A Specialty Photo must have a title including the words “Category A.” Sample label: Category A: My Cat Being Adorable.
- Please submit a title for each photo (not your name, which is on the back of the photo).

Members willing to create a video or slide show will need to bring their own equipment for their display. Again, only material not already seen at our Photo Shows. Electrical outlets will be available but you should bring you own 25ft extension cords to be sure..
